LAB-AU
Els I. R. L. Vermang was from Feb 2003 until Feb 2023 part of the artist trio LAb[au].
Her work with LAb[au] was exhibited at some of the world’s most reputated art institutions, such as Kunsthal (Action Reaction - Rotterdam, 2018), Musee d’Art Contemporain (Physicality - Montreal, 2015), MOMA (Artist Novelist - New York, 2014), Biennale di Venezia (Noise - Venice, 2013), Seoul Museum of Art (Artificial garden - Seoul, 2013),... and many more. It is being sold at international art fairs among which SP Arte (DAN, severel times), FIAC (Denise Rene, 2014) and Art Basel (Denise Rene, 2015). With LAb[au] she realized several permanent artworks for public space. A motion-reactive light art work for the Union Station ‘fLux’ in Toronto is planned to be completed for mid 2023.
